WHOLESALE ORDERS

Cascada operates as both a wholesale and retail business. Our wholesale division operates on a proforma basis for all first orders. Payment by major credit cards, cheque or direct debit.

All amounts listed on website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive. Cascada reserves the right to change or update these prices at any time.


SHIPPING & COSTS FOR AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping is calculated by location. We have 2 basic categories:
NSW $20.00
All other states: $25.00

For all large wholesale orders, a courier freight is charged as below:
    * 20kg – 35kg $xx
    *  35kg – 45 kg $xx
    * 45kg – 55 kg $xx
    * 55kg – 70 kg $xx
    * 70kg and over $xx


DELIVERY FOR AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING ADDRESS

Small items are shipped via xxxxxx Larger items will be shipped via courier and will need to be signed for. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after order has been dispatched. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you.


SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

We are happy to deliver internationally. Purchases will be delivered using Australia Post's Express Courier International service and charges and delivery times will depend on your postal region. Please contact us at info@cascada.com.au to arrange. Cascada is not responsible for any additional taxes charged in your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.  


REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, return items in unused condition with all original packaging within 7 days of purchase with receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping will not be reimbursed and all custom orders and sale items are a final sale. All refunds will use your original payment method. For a return or exchange, email us at info@cascada.com.au for a returns form and postage address. When making returns and exchanges, the return must be notified to us within the required time, and items must be in original condition. All returned items will undergo a quality control check, and we are not responsible for Customs / Duties and/or Taxes incurred on orders shipped outside of the Australia. All International Orders will incur additional shipping fees
